Innovation, construction and Sustainable Development are the three key words for the National Competition for Company Creation that has been organised by the Domolandes Technopole for the last three years. If you find these subjects inspiring why not present your project?
Awarding sustainable construction projects
The French National Competition for Company Creation organised by the Domolandes Technopole aims to encourage the creation of companies and environmental innovation in the Building and Civil Works sector. This is a real challenge for an industry that uses huge amounts of power and raw materials. Creators and start-ups from the environmentally friendly construction business line can present their projects in two categories:
– Concept: when the idea or the project still requires a technical, legal and economic validation phase and development.
– Creation: when the technical, economic and legal feasibility have been demonstrated.
How to take part ?
The selection process for the National Competition is demanding. The criteria considered include: the expertise and experience of the entrants, the innovative nature of the project, the appropriateness of the strategy and potential for development, and how well the project meets with the challenges of sustainable construction.
A Jury made up of experts from the sustainable construction field including Philippe Bonnave, Deputy CEO of Bouygues Construction, Eric Durand, Technical business director for the Fédération Française du Bâtiment (FFB—The French Builders Federation) and Nathalie Auburtin, Director of the Construction division of the Groupe Moniteur—the French press group specialised in the construction industry will choose the winners of the €15,000 prize for each of the two awards.
