Hublo: new digital display solutions at construction sites
Eighteen months ago, Hublo replaced paper-based notices with interactive touchscreens. After the first few trials proved to be a success, the project was expanded. Read on to learn about the roll-out process and the latest developments.
Hublo is a content-sharing application that’s also paired with a touchscreen. The solution, which was specially created for Bouygues Construction to display information at its construction sites, including news about health, security, HR information, security recommendations, regulatory information, company news, and more, was designed to replace traditional corkboards.
Created in collaboration with Open-Innovation Department at Bouygues Construction; Bouygues Construction IT; and the start-ups Sensorit and Mediatouch, Hublo is also a successful example of open innovation within the company.
The solution is designed to be adaptable, so it could incorporate the needs of teams in the field. In keeping with this same mindset and desire to adapt to teams’ needs, Hublo is now offering an entire range of solutions created in collaboration with its users.
These include Hublo Outside, ideal for projects requiring a way of communication with local residents, future users and passers-by. The interface can be customised to showcase the revelant offers.
