    Le promoteur de ce programme a souhaité renommer la tour CB 31 (Axa), au terme de sa rénovation en 2011, en tour First car il s’agit de la première tour du quartier d’affaires de La Défense rénovée pour répondre aux critères environementaux de la Haute Qualité Environnementale (HQE). Rehaussée de quinze étages sur une de ses ailes, elle sera en outre la tour la plus haute de France (231 m), et la première à s’offrir au regard des passants en provenance de Paris. Trois bonnes raisons de s’appeler First, en somme.

  • A mon avis, c’est la première tour HQE en France. la tour Oxygène à Lyon a rempli plusieurs critères sans toutefois obtenir le label.
